Metra inicia serviço de ônibus por aplicativo entre São Bernardo e a Berrini

Um serviço de ônibus por demanda começou a funcionar nesta quarta-feira, 25 de setembro de 2019. Os veículos rodoviários partem do Terminal Metropolitano de São Bernardo e vão até a Avenida Luís Carlos Berrini, na Zona Sul da capital.

Os coletivos só param para os usuários cadastrados em um aplicativo, e que reservarem o assentos. O valor é único, de R$ 14,50, e os passageiros podem reservar as poltronas e pagar a tarifa pelo celular. Os ônibus têm wi-Fi e ar-condicionado, e trafegam por corredor de ônibus.

O serviço pode ser pago por cartão de credito, dinheiro ou o cartão BOM. Após a reserva no app, é necessário validar a entrada no veículo.

Durante a semana inicial de testes, o primeiro ônibus sai do terminal de São Bernardo do Campo às 5h; e o último, às 20h15. Ao todo, há 15 ônibus em operação.

Mais barato que carro

De acordo com a empresa Metra, que opera o serviço, um cálculo aponta que o passageiro que usar esse ônibus por aplicativo vai gastar, em um ano, R$ 7 mil a menos do que gastaria se percorresse a mesma distância de carro.
